I'm having trouble logging in or registering. What should I do?

If you forgot your password, go to Password Help.

For other login/registration questions, feel free to Contact Us.

You will receive an e-mail from the Comcast Training Center within 24 hours.

I can't get past the login screen, even after I've correctly typed my user information.

If this is your first time logging in; you need to follow the instructions in the activation email. If you did not receive an activation email it may have been sent to your email�s spam folder.

Add:contact@comcasttraining.com to your list of accepted email senders.

If you followed the activation instructions and cannot login or did not receive an activation email: Contact Us

I've forgotten my password, and my e-mail address has changed since I registered. What should I do?

Click Contact Us in the bottom navigation bar.

Fill out the form, and select Trouble logging in from the Topic drop-down menu.
