Frequently Asked Login/Registration Questions
Why did you make all these changes to comcasttraining.com? What are the changes that I should be concerned about?

The Comcast Training Team had a few goals to achieve with the new look and design of comcasttraining.com. First, we wanted to provide you with more features and sources of information to keep you connected with the latest developments at Comcast. The more you know about our advances in technology, the more confidence you'll have when recommending Comcast services to your customers.

We also wanted to give you a better experience when visiting our site, especially with respect to making fresh content like industry news articles or the latest ON DEMAND releases available to you. We hope that the new training site is filled with useful resources that will keep you coming back more often.

Comcast is launching new and exciting product and service initiatives this year, and we wanted the training site to reflect the energy and style of these campaigns. If you ever have suggestions for making this training site better, don't hesitate to Contact Us via e-mail.
